We act for solicitors and barristers that offer services such as criminal work, conveyancing, commercial, litigation, personal injury, immigration, matrimonial and insolvency. We assist with accounting and tax compliance work and offer additional services such as payroll and vat.

If you hold client monies, depending on the number of transactions, a client account audit is almost always mandatory where an independent client account audit must be completed within 6 months of the period end and filed with the SRA if the report is qualified.

We have acted successfully for solicitors who have been investigated by the SRA and just recently, following our forensic report, were able to successfully defend the SRA’s case that a solicitor was acting dishonestly and breached the Solicitor Account Rules.
